New character! 
Everyone meet Nero, my latest character. I got his design from an adoptable a while back, like years back, and I hate to say it, but I kind of forgot about him until recently and I decided to draw him. I drew the lineart for him during Finals Week, so that's why he has that expression. I don't know. When I started sketching him, I thought that he was kind of creepy, but after a while, I thought he was kind of cute. 
Anyway, I hope you like him.
