Hey guys.

First off, Happy New Year. I hope 2016 is wonderful for you all.

Now, I'm going to get back to my long, completely overdue, and needed update I promised you all awhile ago. I don't even really know where to begin so hear we go. My classes ended up pretty well. I recieved all A's in my classes except for my biochemistry course, which I got a B in. Overall, I did pretty well and I'm happy with how the semester ended up. Organic chemistry last semester really killed my motivation for everything related to school, but it did teach me that there's better things to be stressing out about than what grade I was going to receive in a course that was next to impossible to do well in. It's not worth making yourself sick over a class. I'm just glad that I had a relatively easy course load this semester and I'm actually excited for the next semester. Right now, I do want to go back to school because I miss my friends and I miss our D&D sessions. I'm such a nerd and I'm so addicted to this game. I never really thought I'd ever like it but I'm absolutely in love with it.

To fill my need for D&D while my group is on break for the holidays, however, I've been watching an awesome show that I really think you guys should check out. (Yes, I don't plug shows or anything like this often, but this show is too awesome to not share.) It's called Critical Role and it's a D&D livestream on Twitch. I know, I was super skeptical at first of this show when my friend showed this to me because I didn't think that I'd like it very much since I didn't like D&D at the time. If you don't know anything about D&D, it's going to be a bit confusing at first, but trust me, it's really good. It has an amazing cast and the majority, if not all of them are voice actors. The DM is Matthew Mercer, who has voiced Levi in Attack on Titan, Chrom in Fire Emblem: Awakening, and a lot more), Laura Bailey plays Vex'ahlia, a half-elven ranger (voiced Fiona in Tales from the Borderlands, Lady Comstock in Bioshock Infinite, many more), Taliesin Jaffe plays Percy, a human gunslinger (voiced Thancred in Final Fantasy XIV, many more), Ashley Johnson plays Pike, a gnomish cleric (voiced Ellie in The Last of Us, Gortys in Tales from the Borderlands, many more), Liam O'Brien play Vax'ildan, a half-elven rogue (voiced many characters in Bleach, Barker in Titanfall, Gaara in Naruto, and many more), Marisha Ray plays Keyleth, a half-elven druid (she's been in some short web series like School of Thrones, a lot of additional voice work, and a lot more), Sam Riegel plays Scanlan, a gnomish bard (voiced Pheonix Wright in Pheonix Wright: Ace Attorney, the Infected in The Last of Us, and so much more) and Travis Willingham plays Grog, a goliath barbarian (voiced Free in Soul Eater, Roy Mustang in Fullmetal Alchemist, and much more). Honestly, it's really worth checking out. It's a great group, they have a lot of fun, and it's really easy to get into. Definitely check it out if you have the time.

The last thing I'd like to say is my boss is alright. She doesn't have cancer, but the tissue they found is commonly known to become cancerous, so they will be monitoring it for a time while they work out a plan for her to stop it before it even becomes cancer. I'm really glad that it isn't cancer at the moment, because while I know that she would be able to fight it, I don't want her going through that stress right now. I'm just glad that she's okay for the moment. :)

Anyway, I hope you all are doing well! It's been nice to have some time back on here and I'll hopefully be getting more stuff posted in the next few days.

Glad your boss is okay for now, too.
